Lotras takes part actively to the “Soft Skills and Personal branding Lab” training path promoted by Foggia University in favour of the students attending the course of the agro-industrial Logistics engineering system degree.
An interesting initiative aimed at promoting the importance to train the different transversal competences, not only technical, but also of self-marketing as they are considered particularly strategical during the recruitment and selection of the staff by the companies.
During the presentation, Lotras General Coordinator, Ms Viviana Gigantiello, highlighted the opportunity to give competences that make the difference in the company to the students that are about to graduate. Among these competences we have the responsibility, transversality, sense of belonging, but also curiosity and humility.
The project confirms the firm and productive relations of collaboration between Lotras and Foggia University, in a more general synergies between the Foggia University and Foggia companies system that work concretely at the service of the territory.
