Great participation success and unanimous positive feedback from sector operators for the 2023 edition of Salento Truck, the event dedicated to the transport of goods, held in mid-October in Casarano (Lecce). All the appointments on the calendar - the result of the synergy between the iFuture Cultural Association, MP Volvo Dealer, Lotras and Trasporti F.lli Primiceri - have exceeded the best expectations and have now confirmed the premises for planning the sector appointment also for Next year. The twenty exhibitors - including dealers and stakeholders -, as well as the 60 vehicles that participated in the exhibition and in the skill competitions, are encouraging numbers but at the same time a clear sign of a renewed interest in this entrepreneurial activity which increasingly sees the attention of young people. And young people and road transport were discussed in one of the most followed in-depth moments, with the interventions of: Sonia Primiceri, Vice President of the Italian Federation of Professional Road Transporters (FIAP) and Administrator of Trasporti F.lli Primiceri; Alessandro Peron, FIAP Director; Viviana Gigantiello, Administrative and Operational Director Lotras; Laura Broglio, Transport Influencer; Claudio Fraconti, President of Green Planet Logistics. Young people, in fact, interpret the evolution of the driver's figure in the best way, expressing green policies and technological innovation in the best way, where the constant improvement of the quality of work - thanks to the availability of increasingly comfortable, safe and less impactful vehicles environmental - is marking the road haulage sector which still today requires passion and sacrifice but also allows young people to go to business school for a future evolution of tasks and tasks in the sector.
